2020 ‘detox decade’! Are you a creative crazy maker? It’s easy to create a flurry of chaos when you are a creative person. Most entrepreneurs are creative people. If this is you, you’re in good company – Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, and many other highly successful ‘gurus’ fall into this group. I’m sure you’ve heard the tall tales about creative storms and subsequent fallout. But what if it’s a lie that creativity requires spontaneity and defies methodology?

Deep down every business owner knows she/he need a system for managing themselves. This applies to my own life with the many hats I wear too. I’m an entrepreneur, a consultant to others, a speaker, a trainer, a marketer and a writer. But this is only the tip of the iceberg in one area. Simply put, you have more power when you have more control. Solid systems get you perspective and control.

Detox Decade Challenge

Being self-employed, running an office of three, a sales force of thirty-three or a company employing three-hundred can be equally manic, high stress, random and an erratic acts dominated torture for many entrepreneurs. If this is you it’s okay there’s no judgement here. We often tolerate and incorrectly accept this chaos as a ‘necessary evil’. What if, this same messy situation instead is turned-around? Can profitably, multiplying your know-how and ideas, creating sustainable and secure revenues while building wealth be simplified? Does creativity without all the stress and mess exist?

There are really only three things that determine distress or sustainability:

How well organized and self-managed you are by systems.
The quality and completeness of the systems used by those around you and engaged in business with you.
The people you marry with those systems.
